Baboon Orphanage; rescue, rehabilitation, release.
Save lives, CARE about wildlife, conserve wildlife.
Our mission is to save, conserve and protect South Africa's baboons & wildlife. All animals matter and have a role to play on our planet.
We are the Centre for Animal Rehabilitation and Education! A dedicated team who are passionate about caring for and conserving South Africa's wildlife specialising in baboons!
You can be part of our team on the ground or support us from home and make a difference!
We were established in 1989 and have released over 12 rehabilitated troops of baboons and a myriad of other smaller wildlife species. We specialise in rehabilitation for release of our beautiful baboons and we are based on the riverside of the Olifant's River in the heart of Balule Nature Reserve, Limpopo South Africa.
