With the sweetest disposition, orphan Sunny was named because despite the trauma of his past, he still loves to play, protect other baboons which were smaller than him & generally be a delight to all those that have the pleasure to meet him.

Sunny's mother was killed by cruel farmers, he was then passed around & kept illegally as a pet.  Sunny was then turned over to another rehabilitation centre, who, knowing that C.A.R.E. specialised in baboons & could help Sunny, called us to assist.

Sunny is in the best place for him, but we can only help him with help from generous people like you.

Without your help, we can't provide the best care for Sunny - he doesn't ask for much; he needs nutritious food every day, fresh water, veterinary care, enrichment, baboon friends & a safe, clean enclosure to live in.  All these things become quite costly, which is why we, Sunny, needs you!  You can help us to give Sunny the life he deserves & hope for a future in the wild.
